"... IN HIS TIME"
Simple yet satisfying words for my questions
in life. I can't ask for more answers because i know He is the only One
who knows the perfect time for everything.
Today, my friends went for an overnight hike
in Batangas. They want to experience the trail in Mt. Batulao.
Actually, I was supposed to be with them but because of my upcoming board exam
I have no valid reasons to climb. The truth is discontentment ran through
my veins for the past 2 weeks because of this activity not until I heard His
point for me. I attended mass last
Thursday in St. Jude Chapel and a reading from the Holy Gospel touches my
heart.
“Ask
and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be
opened to you. For everyone who asks
receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be
opened." – Matthew 7:7-8
At that very moment, all my doubts and negative thoughts were gone and realized that those temptations were just testing my faith in Him. That “Why not now?” lines that kept playing for the past days were muted in a sudden. In His time... In His perfect time I can do the all things I want to do now. I just have to trust and surrender myself to Him. No doubts. No questions. Just wait for He has better plans than my plans for my self.
Also, now I understand that I am in the middle of climbing my own mountain of success and I should continue these adventure to see the beauty in the peak of my own hard work in the guidance of Him.
